Maddison Rizzo
President
Hi! My name is Maddison Rizzo. I am a senior in Broad College studying Human Resource Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. This summer, I lived in New York City and worked as a Human Resources & People Acquisition Student Associate at Madison Square Garden! During the school year, I am also a Peer Coach at the Russell Palmer Career Management Center and the VP of the Human Resource Association. Being innovative and creative is something I love, and I believe these qualities will pave the way for my future where I can continuously learn, grow, and positively impact the lives of others.
Ipsa Patel

Hey! My name is Ipsa Patel and I am a senior studying Supply Chain Management and doing a double minor is Graphic Design and Entrepreneurship & Innovation. This past summer I worked in Charlotte, NC as a Corporate Functions Intern at Bank of America. Last semester I had an amazing opportunity to study abroad in Milan, Italy! It was something so special and a meaningful experience. I love to be creative and stay active on campus. Growing up I have loved the arts and have gotten into painting, drawing, calligraphy, etc. I love to learn new things and continuously am driven to push myself out of my comfort zone!

Hello! My name is Rayna Rajkumar. I am the Director of Finance here at WE. I am a junior studying Supply Chain Management and minoring in E&I. This summer I worked at Genpact as a Process Consulting Intern. I love being involved on campus—I am the VP of Operations in 180 Degree Consulting, I enjoy studying at Broad, and I am always looking for ways to be involved with the Business College. I look forward to continue growing and learning and pushing myself out of my comfort zone!

Hey everyone! My name is Carlina Pitello and I’m a junior studying Public Relations with minors in Business and Entrepreneurship & Innovation. In addition to being involved with WE, I am also the Secretary for MSU’s Corporate Retail Association and a Fashion Relations Director for VIM Magazine. I also currently am a Social Media Intern for a Chicago-based creative agency. My passion for entrepreneurship first began in high school when I founded an online clothing boutique, Lock and Key Boutique LLC. Now, with the help of the Burgess Institute, I am in the process of starting a new venture: a sustainable and ethical activewear brand!

Hello! My name is Simran Sompore. I’m a senior studying Supply Chain Management. This summer I worked in New York City as a Operations Transformation Consulting Intern at PwC! I’m super involved on campus and work at UAB during the school year, planning events for students. I’ve always enjoyed being creative and hope to take that with me in my career. I love learning new things and am constantly looking for ways to grow and improve!
