Shawn and Claire Buitendorp are rising stars in both the fashion world and on primetime. These Michigan native twins are quickly becoming household names as they succeed in every move they make. 
As established designers of Shock and Awww, a signature line that has been worn by celebrities like Katy Perry and Little Mix, Shawn and Claire have gained a fan base that has followed them onto VH1’s newest reality competition, ‘Twinning.’ Every week fans followed the Buitendorps on their journey to the top, as they crushed the competition, eventually winning the grand prize of $222,222.22, and becoming the first ever winners of VH1’s ‘Twinning.’ 
This February, the Buitendorps will be debuting their Shock and Awww line as they host their very own fashion show in New York. It's no surprise that the Buitendorp Twins are quickly gaining attention, icon and role model Betsey Johnson mentored the Buitendorp twins as they finished design school and gained notoriety for Shock and Awww's bold, adventurous designs. 
Showered with attention since Shawn & Claire debuted their fashion-forward signature style (worn in concert by rock stars across the U.S.) and on themselves (featured in Teen Vogue among others), the Twins have gotten bolder and more adventurous with each collection. Shawn & Claire's outgoing and exuberant personality, in addition to the fact they grew up on the road since they were two, as their father had been the stage manager for rockers like Ted Nugent, George Thorogood, and Lynyrd Skynyrd, have a larger-than-life presence that lights up any room they enter.
